Display options in the layer tree

Individual layers can be loaded into the layer editor via the "Add Layer" button.

For each layer, the following settings can be made via checkboxes to the right of the layer name:

• Visible in layer tree If checked, the layer is visible in the layer tree.
• Initially enabled If checked, the layer is directly active when the view is loaded.
• Show in group exclusively If checked for two or more layers in a layergroup, only one layer of this group will be loaded in the viewer at a time.
• Queryable If checked, the layer is queryable in the viewer.
• Exportable If checked, data of this layer can be exported in the viewer via the export tool.

Layergroups can be created using the "Add Group" button in the Layer Editor. To add a layer to the group, move it to the layergroup using the hatched area left to the layer name.

For a layergroup the option initial expanded can be selected via the icons to the right of the group name. If this checkbox is active, the layergroup is opened immediately after loading the view.

Using the small arrow at the far right side of a layer name, you may additionally define the following display options for layergroups:

• As Layer Folder This is the default. A layer folder with its individual layers is displayed (as set in the layer editor).
• As combined layer The layergroup will be shown as normal layer in the viewer. All layers with the setting "Visible in the layer tree" are displayed.
• As combined layer (with layer information) The layergroup will be shown as normal layer in the viewer. All layers with the setting "Visible in layer tree" will be displayed. The layer properties (legend and layer description) of the first layer in the layergroup are also displayed in the viewer.
• As variant selection Specific layer settings for PlexMap Solar.
• As filter selection Specific layer settings for PlexMap Solar.
