Generates 3D power lines from the given lines and pole model.
Custom powerline mount points can be specified with mount_points.
The passed table data should represent points in the local coordinate
system of the power pylon model. The table column should be namedx, y and z, while the y column is optional and defaults to 0.
If mount_points is not specified, a single default mount point is used.
